ANY .TMP file should be a temporary file, that the program that made it SHOULD clean up itself later.

Sometimes they forget and need done manually.

The PVR possibly implies a video recording program doing it, so if you use a TV tunre card be sure you've nothing being recorded b4 deleting it

it is a temporary file that is generated by Compro PVR software
