You can skip deoderant while your underarms heal if you have to....as long as you shower frequently and check in the bathroom every so often to be sure you don't smell bad. It's possible that the type of deoderant you used irritated your underarms...so you may want to switch brands to something that won't irritate your skin. Try a "hypoallergenic" kind or an unscented one, might help.

if you are using some kind of ointment for your pits its safer to just leave of the deodorant. their chemicals might mix in a not so good way.

if you wont use deodorant then try to minimize your activity so you wont sweat too much. also you can try using the spray-on deodorant with your ointments - that might help rather than roll ons.

or you can try experimenting with the ointment first, let your skin absorb it then after a few minutes put on your deodorant. that way you are doubly protected.

skip the deordant just use the ointment for know i am sure your not going to smell it is only till you heal and if you do stert to smell go wash under your arms and put more ointment on i would skip the deordant all together it might be iritating your underarms.

If you put deodorant on top of the ointment it might not be as effective , deodorant has chemicals in it that might counter act with your ointment.

Hi- Is that for eczema? if so look up this all-natural product at www.katuri.com
It took care of 70% on my girl.
Do something about the rash first, leave the deos alone - or try to get an all-natural deo so it wont affect the rash

do not put deodorant yet until the rash disappears. meanwhile, use some powder or something to deal with your underarms. or better yet, wash your underams thoroughly with soap and water and apply the ointment after washing. switch to another deodorant (mild).
