Cpttango gave a good set of instructions, and Sir Bobby gave you the same link I'd have given you.
There are some directions floating around on how to make a woven sling that should not be too hard to make.

Make it yourself.
A sling is just two straps that have a leather pocket attached between them.
This is the device David used to cold cock Goliath.
It is loaded with a rock and swung, release one strap and bing, you've hit something.

Don't buy it make it.
you need som leather. (Like boot leather)
and leather shoe laces
Cut the leather in a diamond shape
At the ends that are most pointed cut two small X's clsoe to the end. tie the leather shoe laves to the diamond.
Now tie loop in on of the shoe laces at the end. go out side and learn how to use it.
