He talks to me and touches me (pushes, tugs hair) not all the time. Sometimes he asks me to sit with him. He does that to other girls in my class. My friend said he doesnt do that with girls in her class.
I was walking to school one time, and he caught up with me and walked with me. This week he almost asked me to go with him somewhere and said "we're gunna pick up chicks" but his friend didnt want to feel like a 3rd wheel. Was he trying to get me jelous?
I told him I have a boyfriend (lie) 3 months ago, and I was crying in class, and next day he asked me If i broke up with my boyfriend. Now he started saying he has a g/f.
Last year, he saw me somewhere away from school with a friend, and I came to class late and he said "I could've gaven you a ride to school"
Im not sure if he likes me or not, I dont see him a lot cause hes not at school everyday. Because he could be just flirting. What do you guys think?

As you said ,he is not regular in attending his classes. How do you expect him to be a success in his life? I hope you will not like to be associated with a looser.
It is time for you to pay more attention to your studies. If you obtain good grades in exams, and better placed in life, you will meet many friends who will be worthy of you.

He likes you! You need to make it clear you are interested and then get closer to him, like invite him out. Make sure he knows you single so he can ask you out. but i think the problem is that he doest know how to ask you out!
But he defiantly likes you!
Good Luck!
