is there to many cars on the road

I drive over 1000 miles a week, and I enjoy driving! I do not like traffic, (only a fool would) but I do find normal driving to be relaxing.

I would not take public transportation unless I had no other viable choice! I do not want to spend my travel time sharing my space with people I do not know, no in many cases care to know! There are many people who feel like I do, preferring to drive alone!

I am willing to pay the cost of fuel, rather than put up with the hassles of public transportation. I do not believe that "global warming" is man made, or is a problem. As a matter of fact, the global temperature has remained steady for the past few years. In the late 60's and early 70's the big scare coming from the environmental activists was that "the new ice ice is coming"

The current global warming crowd wants to take away property rights, and reduce progress. When they say that CO2 is a pollutant, they have gone over the edge! When humans breath, they take in oxygen and expel CO2.

There is definitely too many cars on the road, seems like its always a road congestion/gridlock as soon as you get on the road. You'd think with soaring gas prices and global warming, people would cut back, start carpooling, use public transportation. In my neighborhood the city has provided free shuttle bus service throughout the city throughout the day and 99% of the time, there's no one besides the driver on the bus, how sad is that considering there's no bus fares, its free to use and there's no congestion on board the bus.

I love driving! I like to go on long trips (8+ hrs at a time). Go somewhere new and unexplored. It's a great feeling of freedom (at the cost of $3.20 a gallon).

It's getting kinda old to me. Cars? What cars? I'm way out in the middle of nowhere. LOL Now if you go about 20 miles south than yeah, tons of cars. US 52 in New Boston's a mad house!
