Jesus cried at the death of someone he loved. I also believe that Jesus cries when he sees how the love of most have grown cold here on earth. How so many people die and are killed just for sport and the people of the earth don't care. I think He cries when He sees so many lies being told about Him and the father, because so many are missing out on the chance to know Him because of those lies. I think He cries when children are damaged or neglected by those who are suppose to take care of them. I think He spends a lot of time crying these days. The world has become a very sad place.

Serious question - serious answer. I think He cries when we sin.. Or if we know that what we do is wrong and we continue do that.. We have to change ourselves, even the way we think. And we'll make Jesus happy by being happy.
Good question. I like it.

He cried because the people were upset over the death of Lazarus.
He cried over Jerusalem.. because His people through un- belief, had missed their time of visitation and becausethe city would be trampeled under foot and the people dispersed.

Jesus wept when Lazarus was dead in the tomb and He also saw how sad his sisters were. He cries for each lost person who does not come to Him. That is what I think.

That people interpret holy spiritual texts literally which is like a veil that enshrouds the soul and and mind and blinds the inner vision to inner meaning and insight, from truth. Such blindness has been the barrier to understanding "return" as the the return of qualities and characteristics.
Literal interpretation is a denial of the reality of Christ, as His essential reality is spiritual.

The name of the Savior is YAHOSHUA. It means YHVH saves. One thing that makes Him sad is being called by Heathen names. (See Ex 23:13) Another thing is our unkindness to others. One of the most hurtful things to Him is when people in charge of "His Church" mislead the flock.

Seriously? I would think it would be how few people who use his name actually live the life he advocated living, i.e., care for the powerless, lack of materialism, pacifism, etc.
