The Quran is the words of Allah, since Allah is the source of the 3 religions (Judaism, Christianity and Islam) then you'll find common things between them. But Quran has more details in other aspects of life.

The old testament, part of which is the Torah is the Jewish holy book, and it includes the parts about Noah, Moses and many others. Both the Christian bible and the Muslim Koran are additions to this original bible.

The Quran was loosely derived from the Bible, New Testament and Old, with some other stories added to it.

The New Testament was loosely derived from the Old Testament, with some other stories added to it.

The Old Testament was loosely derived from old laws people made up and old myths, with some other stories added to it.

Of course, I'm an atheist. All religions are superstition.

....Christians have the Old Testament in the Bible. They didn't copy it and claim it for themselves, they recognize it as a shared text.

The Qur'an stands on its own as revelations from Muhammad, just like the New Testament stands on its own as revelations from Jesus and theologians. Both make references to the Old Testament.

Peace and blessings be upon you
I agree with Romica , that there is only one God , He made Moses ,Jesus and Mohammed , prophets , but Mohammed is the last prophet ,and his book "Quran" is the last holy book.
And it is only one who didn't show modification , old or new testaments , so we follow it .
