worries can have two significant cause.
If worries is due to your action, because you went against your conscience then that causes agitation in the mind. Agitation is sin, because we need to have a calm mind to realize Truth.
If worries is for the well being of the world, nation, society etc that can not be sin. It is a concern that should not be, but we are human still.

No, he is definitely not a sinner but he is surely someone who is building a barrier between himself and the external world. He is drowning himself in his world of worries and sorrow as if the whole world's sorrow is on his shouders. By having such feelings, a person does everything negative and absolutely nothing seems good for him in life. He is bound so much by attachment that he is finding it difficult to remain aloof from all tension and lead a free life. One who is continuously obsessed with all that is attributed to material life leads a life where he does not know where he is heading for. He always worries about paying bills, getting a good job, getting settled, getting fame and recognition, having a heavy bank balance, venturing into business life, etc. Such a person does not have a clear vision of life and perhaps does not know the reason of his being here.

On the other side, what you say can be true in the sense that he is tormenting the small world around him along with himself. A prime factor behind all this could be a high level of mental fatigue due to stress.

Remedy: Time should be taken out to relax, take some time for a nature stroll or watch a good comedy or anything which could lower the mental strain. Practice pranayama or meditation or any spiritual exercise which could be of help to the mind.

Here's your answer...worrying is NOT a sin. Worrying has nothing to do with love or worship. For a person to worry only causes negativity and extra stress on that person. You can take the worry and make it into something positive by trying to find a solution to the cause of the problem.

We are all sinners in some form. Sin is a plural word, and includes all sin. Jesus Christ forgives all sin. Growing in Christ is a life long journey, and we are all at different levels.

excessive love for earthly things is not good, since our minds are supposed to be focused on heavenly things where our treasures are. However, anxiety cannot be blatantly considered to be sinful becos when an anxious person prays to God, He can set such a person free again.

Based on what??

I don't really think so. Actually, I don't believe in sin. I believe we all commit mistakes, but we always have the chance to correct them in this life or in the next one.

Peace!

well mey be your questions confuses me but in a way its right because as one makes a bigger deal of problem more than it is, so he won't be capable enough to think about any solution and can get things worst not only for himself bet also others.

To worry is to doubt God's promises, which shows lack of faith. Worry won't add one moment to your life.
