Where all in puranas this arrow is used ? Was this an arrow used by Lord Rama for pushing Ravana further into the path to become Divine ? What are your understandings of this arrow called Aindrastra ?

Perhaps the tip of Aindrastra is like the sliver moon. It is perhaps a Celestial Weapon from the Lord Indra. It is perhaps mastered and used by only a few Great Masters of the Bow.

Perhaps this is used to sever the egotistic neck for the head to come down. The larger meaning could be reduction or just severing the individual ego for a smoother travel into the Divine Ego.

The Lord Rama's brother Lord Lakshmana perhaps used this to sever the neck of Megha Nada ( Indrajith ) helping Ravana in turn to lower his individual pride and ego.

Here that story with the following link with Maha Vidya ..

Now perhaps Arjuna also used Aindrastra to lower the egoes of Karna and in turn of Duryodhana ..

Here the Sathya Sai Thought for the Day,

God is everything, so one cannot claim anything as one’s own. But people claim everything, saying, ‘it is mine’. Indeed, nothing belongs to anyone. People are immersed in the false and foolish concept of ownership; possessiveness is rampant in every thought and action, and that leads to the inflation of the ego. Egoism has to be utterly eradicated. Possessiveness should be banished. Be aware that all things belong to God. You came with empty hands, and you go back with empty hands.
