I deleted a program that apparently was vital to the phone. thats with in all reason of being fixed but I'm paranoid like heck. shacking a little. my head hurts bad and my nerves are bad. I know everything can be fixed but I fell like I just told my phone to commit suicide. not just that but I really feel physically worked up. I've calmed down considerably but theres no way I'm getting to sleep tonight. I'm really going to have problems telling my parents tomorrow which is going to get me worked up again. what should I do to calm myself down more. can you help.

Things are never quite as bad as we imagine them. You have got yourself so worked up over this you can see no way out. Take a deep breath, calm down and think about this. OK so the phone is broken, are you parents going to be a Little mad,...... maybe, but after all its a phone, a phone can be replaced and I imagine its under guarantee, I would take it back to the shop and tell them it has stopped working. Don't lie to them but lets say be a bit economical with the truth,do not tell them any more than you have to, this way you have not lied as you have not volunteered the information. Most shops this time of year are so busy they will probably just turn it on, say oh OK yeah its not working and replace it there and then. However if you let them know you deleted something then they may not do so, as it may not be covered for this, so simply say it stopped working. Its up to them to prove You did it, and this time of year they are way to busy to care. Most stores are insured for things like this and get full credit back for faulty phones etc. So see its not so bad is it. Have a Happy Christmas hun x

BREATHE KID!!

Call the manufacturer of the phone tomorrow. Tell them what you did. Every phone has a "master reset" in it. The company can give you a code to restore it!! You are fine. The phone will be too! Who made the phone and I will get you an 800 number to call tomorrow.

AT&T didn't MAKE it. That's your carrier. Is it a Samsung, Sony, Motorola?

I'm pretty sure thats not possible...Thats like putting a self-destruct button in a spaceship or something; Electrical engineers are smarter than you give them credit for

Will it turn on? Search for the restore default settings.

If it really is broken then go get some drink like water or orange juice, then put on some music.

could you go to the phone store to get it fixed without your parents knowing?
.. umm.. it sounds like you have to tell your parents.

cell phones are expensive, but they aren't made to last forever... I'm sure he could be understanding if you just tell him you're really sorry and that you'll be a lot more careful next time.

when you get a new phone, you play around with it a lot at first-- finding out it's features, and I'm sure he'd understand.

If not, it's a phone, he should get over it.
Good luck~ try to get some sleep

i'm a smoker, yet i think of i'm rather considerate. I on no account smoke in my residing house or around human beings, quite on no account in front of youngsters, once I see human beings doing this it makes me somewhat offended. i think of the smoking ban is a great theory, if even one guy or woman dies from passive smoking, it somewhat is a techniques, way too lots, and something that avoids this could be a good difficulty. Why would desire to non human beings who smoke would desire to respire in our poison whilst they're attempting to have a astounding nighttime out. yet alphacenturi, the government do no longer % us to supply up smoking, they only would desire to seem as though they do because it quite is the workstation difficulty to do in recent times. If definitely everyone in Britain all stopped smoking, the financial device would be crippled by ability of the shortcoming of tax.

As an individual who has struggled with anxiety and sleeping issues the majority of my life, what calms me down, is a piece of chewing gum and a nice hot bubble bath. It calms down your nerves, and also puts you to sleep.

good luck!!
