The skin. If he looks clean and have a pink soft lips then he gets my attention. Everything else just follows.

I had to check this answer out to see what the women replied and I only saw one who said the goods. To the ladies answering this question, stop being conservative and tell the truth. You look at all that stuff (smile, butt, etc) but if the package isn't right then all the other stuff is out the door.
