This is based off our first encounter only, i have met her once as she is the new girl at our shop, so this is why i ask...
She will look deep into my eyes when we talk. She will not move away or budge when i got really close to her (like into her personal space). I complemented her quite lamely on her nametag in which she responded way too nicely to. She constantly said sorry for things that did not require her to do so (such as opening a draw near me). When she was told to tell me something she seemed overly nice to me and kind. A few subtle stares and smiles.
Btw she is not sucking up to me because i am neither her manager or superior, i am 18 and a new worker also, we work in retail :)
I went in again that same afternoon with my friend to buy a present for sum1, and i did myself up nicely so i looked good. I caught her staring at me from the corner of my eye for long periods when she thought i was busy rummaging through gifts.
Can a girl be attracted from only 1 session?

You have to be careful... Many times these types already have a boyfriend... you might get yourself all hot and bothered with nowhere to go. Stick with just wanting friendship (sincerly... after all, you are after a meaningful relationship, not her pants, right?) until you know the coast is clear... if she is single, then go for it! (the meaningful relationship thing)

She can be attracted at first sight (in my opinion).
But as for your situation, it just looks simply like she is a very nice girl who is a good listener. She might like you, but there's not enough signs to say "go for it". Rather to simply say "get to know her more."

You're asking this question because you're afraid of rejection. You're asking the wrong question. Ask yourself if you want to WONDER about this for weeks or months? If the answer is no, and you find yourself interested.... then ASK HER OUT on a DATE.

keep an eye on her and watch what she does around you, and does she like perk up when ever your around her? that could tell you some thing
