I recently just graduated with a 2.1 gpa, may major gpa is around 2.5. How can I sell myself to employers to show them that I am motivated and willing to work hard as part of their company. I would like to get a job in some kind of project management of sorts and have done some research for deparments at my university in business planning, start-up business, etc.

what do I say if asked what my gpa is? I don't want to lie, but I don't want it kill my chances.

Take any job in your field then when you change jobs they seldom ask about GPA. I don't even remember mine. I would worry more about if you learned enough in school 2.5GPA isn't great so either you were working too many hours, not talented, or partied too much. If you were willing to work hard in school but still couldn't get great grades try to understand what will make you a good employee. If you had a good reason like working your way through school while taking care of an elderly parent you can explain why that has ended and how you can do a good job now.

Project your capabilities and interests in the desired format in a fit full way so as to shroud your grading before the employer.

i'd focus on your positives and only provide your gpa if asked for.

it'd even be better if you have good reasons for a low gpa (tons of extracuricular activities, volunteer projects, etc)
