I just received my senior portraits in the mail, but i only received 2 5x7's and would like to shrink them down to wallet size so I can trade portraits with friends. What place would allow me to copy, shrink, and print the portraits? I hear costco will do it..but i would like to make sure.

Most photos taken by professionals are copyrighted by there company, forcing you to use them for reprints. I would say scan at home (or friends) and send to walgreens or similiar for printing. This avoids them telling you they can't copy them due to copyright reasons.

You are on a forum with professional photographers. Your question is the equivalent to me asking you when are you not at home so I can come to your house and rob you.

Professional photographs are copyrighted and you and the processor faces huge fines if caught copying them.

In your computer go to Programs, Accessories, Imaging. The Imaging was designed mostly for using faxes but you can reduce the resolution and the size of your photos and you already have it and most folks don't know that it's there..................

No reputable lab will do this. And even if you scan them and send them in on-line, they will refuse to print them. Copyright law is real, and reproducing copyrighted images is stealing.
