Yes, but this along with any other liquids you have in your carry-on must be in a quart size sealable plastic bag.

Some airlines truly can be anal, but none of them will stop you from having chapsticks as long as you show it to them or declare it before going through security (I know that sounds dumb but I'm arabic and I don't take chances so trust me.)

yeah you can if you put in a carry on, that keeps from going there the hassle, but you still get to keep it with you but it has to be chapstick, not gloss, cause they say you can put liquids in them that arent what its suppose to be.

You shouldn't have any problems. Its nothing bad just some chap-stick. Its not a weapon or a bom or have any unhealthy gasses. So there should be no problem.
