What about cranberry sauce and some relishes (and dip if you want)? You might even make a small amount of dressing since it also goes so well with turkey and gravy.
Enjoy your Christmas with your family. I'll bet your daughter is enjoying all the lights and trees and Santa this year!

Go and buy a can of Ocean Spray cranberry sauce either jellied or whole berry, chill and serve. You can make a small amount of stuffing to roast your turkey breast over or bake in casserole dish for about 30-40 min. Rather than a formal salad I think having carrots, celery, sliced peppers or other raw vegetables would be nice. You could nibble on them as dinner is cooking. Have a wonderful day with your family.

No you are not missing anything , its PUURFECT! maybe if you like why not make cornbread? You can then use a part of the bread as stuffing mix, just a few mushrooms, sprigs of parsley, a few basil leaves , and if you like to go a bit overboard just a few sausages ( remove the skin and mash them up and use in the stuffing, peeled diced green a apple
You can melt a tablespoon of butter, add the cornbread crumbs, and the rest and use just water, or a bit of orange juice or you can use a little chicken stock( store bought type) to moisten the stuffing)
make it as a side dish. Don't forget to add a bit of seasoning and a squeeze of lemon for that extra taste
ENJOY your Christmas with your dear ones

Sarah - That sounds like a great dinner. I wouldn't worry about adding anything.
You may want some snacks for before and after. Things that can be used to round out the leftovers. Maybe fresh fruit. Can buy that pre cut and a fruit dip. I've included a collection of fruit dips below - something for any family.

Egg nog, cranberry sauce for the turkey, one more veggie, try fried apples or corn on the cob. Everything you have is perfect for your family, but if you want to go all out, go all out! Make a ham too or deep fry the turkey and make stuffing(dressing.) Happy holidays to you and your family!!

Gee, honey, you have quite a balancing act going on there!!! Like the other's said, if you and the hubby like cranberry, add it, but I think with the holidays and all you have to juggle already, you have done enough in my books......Can you get him to at least watch the kids while you're in the kitchen??? Remember, this time of year IS NO TIME FOR KIDS THAT AGE TO BE ANYWHERE NEAR THE KITCHEN......TOO MUCH "sensory madness" GOING ON THERE....LITSTEN TO ME ON THIS ONE......PLEASE!!!! I'd hate for this to be a disaster, your dinner sounds like a winner to me!!!!
HH and HNY in '08..........
