It is an English word not a French word so it would have its English pronunciation.

Boycott= Boycottage

So i think boycotter would be "boycottageur"

do pronounce it, if you're are aware of how to pronounce in a french accent (haha I just took french but I cant explain it here)

it would sound like boy (with more of a ye sound at the end)
cott (pronounce more like coat almost)
tage (sounds like taj in taj mahal)
geur (sounds like zhur, like sure but with a zh)
