one of the neighbours of the apartment has been opening my mails, sometimes keeping the mails and closely monitoring my activities. I am suspicious of someone but not sure. The landlord is not doing that, as he is a well wisher of mine. what should i do? how should i stop this activity? i cannot charge anyone withour proof.

NB: I have enough evidences to prove my allegations. My job related mails are the target, not bank statements, even my paystab was stolen last week. I am from New York City.

1st KNOW THAT IT IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE...tampering with mail that doesn't belong to you...or that someone is depriving you of that mail.

2nd: report it. yahoo..goggle the US postal service ..they have areas where you can report abuse.

3rd: Dont take matters into your own hands..there are investigators who handle that...all you have to do is report it.

Good Luck

Report it to the police and the postal Inspectors and request a new lock and key. It's easy to install.
