We broke up 3 months ago, me ending it because of lack of time. She took it badly. I told her itd be a long time before there was someone else. 2 weeks later I hooked up with someone new. She flipped out said I lied. She later apologized for flipping out. Now today she randomly texts me asking how I am. I told her I wanted nothing to do with her. She said ok that she was only trying to be nice. Was I being too harsh?

Hun, you are wrong. The girl was just simply asking how you were, and then you attack her with that response!? If you were still dwelling over when she "flipped out", well... she apologized already!

Yeah you were lol. Sometimes you just want to talk to an ex no matter how bad it is, even if you are over them, just to say hi. You were friends with them for a while and no one likes to lose friends!
