If I didn't have melanin my hair would be white not brown and red, my skin would be red and paper white not tan white and pink, and my irises would be pink not blue.
God gave Adam and Eve the genes we all have today, so they must have been brown.
Lacking melanin allows higher production of vitamin D in minimal amounts of sunlight.

The amount of melanin depends on the area of origin. People near the equator have more melanin than people nearer the poles.

All your questions are very racist in nature. And you, being black, should know how it feels to be hated upon so why are you hating on "white" people? Two wrong don't make a right and a bad word out of your mouth surely doesnt give you any worth. Have some respect....

We (whites) have some, just not as much as other races. And whites originated in an area where there was not as much sunlight, so did not need it to protect our skin

I don't think "God" had anything to do with it.

It's evolution. We lived in different areas than those with darker skin; and adapted differently.
