I like Kosher dogs (it was Best's Kosher when I was in Chicago, now I usually go for Hebrew National). Mustard, relish, no ketchup (ever).
At Byron's on Irving Pk. Rd, I always got their sliced dill pickle and celery salt, too.

Mmmm...hot dogs were my favorite in my meat-eating days (too bad Nathan's don't serve veggie dogs since i turned vegetarian not too long ago).
I love chili (or in my case vegetarian chili) and cheese on my dogs. That and a nice warm toasted bun, two of those dogs, some fries and a coke and I'm all set. :-) Now you make me want a hot dog!!!!
When chili/cheese isn't available, you can't go wrong with ketchup and mustard. No relish or pickles for me though. I like my hot dogs grilled, the hot dog stands in New York are the best (this coming from a Jersey boy).

I like an all beef or Polish dog on a sesame bun with sauerkraut, spicy brown mustard, and a dollop of sweet pickle relish.

Well, I'm from Queensland, Australia, and we had hot dogs last night for dinner. We had white bread with sesame seeds on top, Kanga bangas (kangaroo meat sausages) and tomato sauce (similar to what you call ketchup, lol).
I like mustard, too, though. I like to mix mustard and bar-b-que sauce in my hot-dogs.

Oh and in Mexico when I was down there they friend theirs w/bacon strips raped around the hot dog. Then when it was done put onions on it. And dress it however! AWESOME!
