i have a ganglion cysts on my wrist...and it is very noticeable.
and i went to the chiropractor and she just said to smash a big book on it and it will smash apart...well i did that and i think since then ive been having pain. hurting to move my wrist. i told people about it and they said NO! that i shouldnt have smashed the book on it. and i also read that on the internet AFTER the fact i did it...bc she is a dr...
so now..i have pain in my wrist...and also aching in my arm (i dont know where that is coming from tho) where i cant sleep....and here i am asking this question....
