I am not even remotely squeamish, but I used to sell shoes, and this old lady needed help trying on some loafers. When I took off her own shoe, she had a big soupy bandage on her foot and the smell actually brought tears to my eyes. That is undoubtedly the worse smell I have ever know to come off of a human. Hours later, I was still gagging.

Let's skip the waste materials, i.e. fart, urine, poo etc by human, the most nastiest smell make by a person is the fermented beancurb.

This food originates from China, Hong Kong and its smell is so strong that you can catch a whiff of it 5-6 blocks away.

It smells like rotten meat smear with fermented cheese. It is difficult to describe but as you chew the food, the smell gets stronger...making it very difficult to swallow the beancurb.

Oh, compared it to durian (another smelly asian food), the fermented beancurb is about 10 times worse...

It's a toss up between farts of someone who has eaten green lentils from a tin, or the breath of someone who is fasting. Urgh!

EDIT: Upon reflection, I remember from my nursing studies last semester seeing a picture of the foot of a person with diabetes, who's foot had become gangrenous (black and dead). I think that would smell a "bit" yukky.

I'd have to say.. burning flesh.. there was an airplane wreck over by me..and alls you could smell was a sickly sweet, rotting smell..or just decaying flesh..
