I have no reason to be self conscious, my boyfriend loves me and only me.. I know this but I cant help it, any advice?

i dont know why..im like that too i think its because we are insecure about ourselves

I think because of the way you feel about yourself, you think your boyfriend will want other girls. If you don't feel you are worthy of being the only one your boyfriend loves, it's going to be hard to not be jealous. That's step 1.
I think it could also help to tell your boyfriend you know you have this problem. True, boyfriends don't want overly jealous girlfriends, as it drives us crazy. But, if there's one thing that can reduce that annoyance, it's knowing our girlfriend realizes the problem and is actively working to fix it. We can't live with super jealous women for too long, but we can live with women who are honest and trying to work on the things that are problems.
It sounds like you're on a great path, and just have a few more things to work out. Best of luck to you both.

That's something you have to deal with on your own. He doesn't have to give you a reason. you probably have some insecurities regarding your relationship. Try keeping a journal of your thoughts. If you feel those feelings starting to rise up then write it down in your journal and be totally honest. This will allow you reflection on your thoughts at that point and time when you felt jealous. And you can figure out why you feel this way.

You will have to learn to control your jealousy or you will never have a relationship last. You will accuse him of cheating when he isn't....so then he will think....hey? I will because she thinks I am anyway. It is a vicious circle. Read up on being jealous on the internet. It is a character flaw but you can overcome it. You have already identified it. Good luck

Learn to love yourself and it will give you the confidence and security that you need. It's not going to be enough that your BF loves you, but YOU must love who you are inside and out. Discover your good traits, positive points and accept your flaws because no one is perfect. He is with you because he wants, desires and needs you. That is all that matters..............You have his heart!

yeah just breathe, when you feel like getting jealous just tell your slef not to, it takes alot of control but he will appriciate you for it more in the long wrong and that is what will seperate you from the other girls.

There must be something that is causing you to have these feelings, something in his or your past, or maybe currently. Find the real reason, or you are going to push him away.

date someone who is just as jealous as you.. does he flirt with other girls or anything like that ? because if he doesnt then theres no problem
