Is anyone out there who lives OH who hasd a felony 5 --RSP?

felony 5 recieving stolen property 10 yr old charge anyone else been through this ITs ruined my life and Icant get it to stop

My brother is currently in prison in SE OH for 4 counts of Fifth degree felonies and 2 counts of 4th degree felonies. A fifth degree can result in anything from probation to 6 to 12 months in prison and up to $2500 fine.

I don't follow what you're saying. Is the charge still open and it happened 10 years ago? Or because you have a felony conviction, it has ruined your life?

I can assure my brother's convictions and time in prison have ruined his life. Hopefully, you can get past yours once the "punishment" has been resolved in court. Unfortunately, a felony conviction will follow you the rest of your life. If it's the only thing on your record, maybe a good lawyer can help you get it "sealed" (I can't think of the legal term right now).
