One of my eyes is markedly more dilated than the other. I noticed it a few days ago after a shower, and now I'm seeing it again in pictures my husband took tonight.

What does this mean?

If it's new, it needs assessing. In due course, it's not an emergency.

Many people have differently sized pupils that react normally, and this is of no significance.

But for one pupil to *go* different to the other can indicate nerve damage, and eliminating that possibility is worthwhile.
Is there any chance you could find some older photos which might show it being there previously unnoticed, or that demonstrate that they were previously equal?
