My ps3 wont let me update the new v1.00 assassins creed update and wont let me update the new call of duty update. When i got to the update it goes to 4 percent and stops then it says error and a bunch of letters and numbers please some1 tell me whats wrong

appears like a glitch, attempt to backup your killzone 2 saved data and then delete all issues killzone on your hard disk then attempt to replace it then after y ou end updating positioned your saved document decrease back on your ps3
