The fear is all in your head. Grab a parent or a licensed driver and go hit the mall parking lots when closed, large church parking lots, etc. Just drive, drive drive, park, back up, spin out, etc. Get a feel for the car.

Its like riding a bike... you first need training wheels, then you take them off and you wobble for a while... then you get the hang of it. And before you know it, you are zipping around corners and doing wheelies w/o thinking.

I think you have to wait a at least week to retake the driving test also it depends on when they can schedule you. Also it's not hard.

I took mine like 5x before I got it!!! Practice makes perfect!! LOL The rules vary depending on the state you live in.
