Deviled eggs, cole slaw, green bean casserole, baked beans, potato salad, scalloped potatoes, or mashed potatoes and brown gravy, Applesauce, always have a small serving of applesauce with any pork dish, asparagus with a hollandaise sauce, artichoke hearts, breaded zuchinni, sweet corn, baked spaghetti squash, cornbread stuffing, fresh cranberry sauce, some hot baked all wheat rolls with real butter, French bread with garlic butter. You don't need to cook all ghese dishes. Any combination would be fine.

I'm making our ham dinner on Sunday so we can have Prime Rib of Beef for Christmas. A lot of people make scalloped potatoes with ham, but we like Au Gratin potatoes better (cheese goes over well with my family). And then I'm either having brussel sprouts or asparagus (dependent upon which one looks better at the grocery on Friday. And Waldorf salad with fresh red grapes instead of raisins.
Other ideas of things that always go well with ham are: cranberry salad or spinach salad
sweet potatoes - baked or casserole
applesauce or sauteed apples
any green vegetable (including green bean casserole if your potatoes don't have a sauce)
Don't forget some good dinner rolls and maybe some relishes!
Enjoy your ham and Merry Christmas!

Do a regular mashed potato and serve this along with it:
Corn pudding
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
1/2 cup sugar
5 slices day-old bread, crusts removed
1 tablespoon butter, softened
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, beat eggs and milk. Add corn and sugar; mix well. Cut bread into 1/2-in. cubes and place in a greased 9-in. square baking dish. Pour egg mixture over bread. Dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

I'd opt for scalloped potatoes. Ham is so delicious with that dish. Serve a hot vegetable; maybe that green bean/ceam of mushroom soup casserole? Or something much more original.
My sisters and I have a tradition of having ham and potato pancakes (latkes) for our Christmas dinner lately. We prepare and eat a lot of appetizers (crudities, cheeses, and dips) and then nibble on ham sandwiches and latkes.
Tiramisu for dessert!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU7nw
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Green beans, cooked with some bacon strips added. Baked sweet potatoes cut in half and topped with butter and brown sugar.. I am sure you can find recipes for these great southern additions to a good ham.
