I'd go with a 40GB PS3 & about 2 or 3 games for it

A phone is a phone right? You probably already have a digital camera, an ipod or mp3 player, and a phone that makes phone calls. You should get the PS3 because it is the best gaming system and has the best features. You shouldn't waste your money on specialty phones that have 5 in 1 uses.

Personally, I use my cellular only for calls and SMS. IMHO, get a PS3, of course. You'll have a lot of interesting time on your own and with your friends, surf internet, enjoy hi-def movies and most advanced games.
Iphone? Imho, it's not a good idea to make all-in one phones, separate MP3 and multimedia players are MUCH better (Cowon A2 or Cowon D2, for example). Built-in camera? They are all lousy in phones, much better to use Nikon or Canon camera. Games in phones? Don't make me laugh - get a PSP (It has great multimedia functions too).
Get yourself PS3 and enjoy! You'll thank me for that decision later! :-))) Happy holidays!

PS3!!! it has online gaming GREAT GRAPHICS! the PS3 has it all besides comminication, but any phone can do that!
