Yes, it's fine. It probably is actually a Sell by or Best by date rather than an Expiration date.

Make sure you refrigerate it after opening.

Damn, I'm eating the Thousand Island that's been open in my fridge for about 2 years. It's delicious.

It should be fine. Manufacturers put stringent (conservative) expiration dates on products to be sure it is 100% when used. With only a few weeks past the date, it's likely only 99.99997% as good as when you bought it.
