It is more than likely that the tooth will straighten out if it has space to do so. The tongue and lip help correct the position of malaligned teeth. Of course if the tooth is prevented from moving by another tooth, then braces would be needed to correct the tooth position. Since the adult tooth is just erupting in, give it a chance to straiten out on its own.

It is possible that the tooth is sraigthen on its own. My son had teeth coming out in the weirdest angles and with a big gap between the two front teeth. All teeth straighten out and moved into the right postion on their own. If your daugter needs braces, don't start too early. People tent to start treating irregularities too early before all teeth are coming out. Sometimes they have to start over once all teeth are grown out. The bone has to be a bit more stable to keep the correction the braces created.
