throat, nasal congestion, and all the rest flu symptoms, could this have caused my dizziness? the dizziness began about a day before the first flu symptom

The dizziness could be caused by vertigo from fluid in the inner ear. An antihistamine(I take claritin) will clear that up and large doses of vitamin Cduring the winter will ward off cold and flu symproms. I take L-Lysine for a few days each time I think I may be getting a virus. I'm pretty much free of all those "winter sniffles", have been for years, since I found this treatment plan.
