This was posted earlier today, too. The article describes absolute superstition, without a single redeeming feature to these people's faith. If this is purpose, give me nihilism.

I think if they took this as a promise from God and start to pray for the people along the highway, then why not. Pray is a good thing and will change many people's lives. We won't know til we get to heaven how and who those prayers affected.

Aggressive prayer, agendas, beliefs - hard to tell what's what. No prayer is wasted. I only hope they don't cause traffic problems, or harrass businesses/general public. Otherwise, pray on. At least they're not out there wishing "death to soldiers," or other foolishness.
