My absolute favorite recipe...because its just as yummy as it is easy and my family loves it too is Easy Cheesy Chicken. You take 4-6 boneless skinnless chicken breasts and rinse them. Next you want to pat them dry like with a paper towel. Then sprinkle them with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and place them in a slow cooker. Mix 1 can Cambells Cheddar soup, Cream of Mushroom, and Cream of chicken together. Poor soups over chicken. Cook on low in crock pot for about 6 hours or until chicken is done. Just before serving add an 8oz container of sour cream and mix well. Serve with mashed potatoes because the soup makes a perfect gravy! It doesnt smell good...I was leary at first but it is sooooo good!

CHILI MAC
in a sauce pot put
1 lg can chopped tomatoes with juice
1 lb browned ground beef
1 sm can chopped green chilis
i lg onion chopped
lots of chili powder
1 lb elbow macaroni
salt and pepper
add some water to let the pasta boil (not too much)
bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked, and there is a thick consistency, let stand 10 minutes then add a block of sharp shredded cheddar (as little or as much as you want).

Noodles Romanoff
INGREDIENTS
2 (8 ounce) packages wide egg noodles
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup minced onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 2 quart casserole dish.
Cook noodles according to directions on package. Rinse in cold water and drain.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and hot pepper sauce in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and stir into cooked noodles. Pour into prepared casserole dish.
Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes.

My mom's cornish hen... All time favorite meal. don't know the "recipe" but i think its just Cinnamon and maybe garlic salt baked in the oven... BEST THING EVER... and i love how many people used the word "mom" in there answer...
