What happens when I die? What happens if their isn't the stairway to heaven? I firmly believe in God, but what happens?

If you don't believe in a heaven or hell, then it's just "lights out" you'd probably think right? I don't know if there is an "after" life but I think there's something. Too many strange things happen, unexplainable things like ghosts, poltergeists etc..they come from somewhere. And sometimes it can't be explained. Look at the movie White Noise, that was based on actual events. CREEPY movie. If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it.

Afterlife was men made up idea. They even invent the eternal life after death. Life of infinity is really a very silly concept but most believers of God believe this to be true because they were taught to be faithful to their religious concepts. Bottomline is humans can believe anything they wish to. That is what being a human is all about. And if it makes one feels better about afterlife then I guess it helps them to live on earth feeling better. I guess death is just too scary part of living.

when you die, something from your body which is not your body (your soul) gone to another place. You know that human consist o 2 parts, body & soul. when we die, the body stay in earth & eated by worms,hehe. and the soul go to the other place or to God where the soul originally came from. I don't agree if there is no stairwayto heaven, beacuse I believe in soul. How smart or powerful we are, we can't hide from death. That's mean SOMETHING powerful is above us. I think you should more analized a or maybe making a research about your holy book. from misunderstanding there is understanding,right?

Well.. I believe in afterlife 100% !! U know when u die u go to the jugement seat and Jesus sees if ur pure or clean no stains or blood on your hands in other words sins that u haven't repented yet!! If their isn't a stair way then the Lord was lying and I don't think well... I knoe the Lord wasn't lying!!

well if you ask islam you go to a place known as burzukh where you stay till dooms day and at that day your deeds are seen if bad deeds are more than good ones you are sent straight away to hell for a certain period of time so your punishment and bad deeds are equal then are sent to heaven forever which is in my opinion the most wonderful place in this universe

If you know Jesus, you will be in heaven with Him. I think it may be a light that your travel in, not a stairway lol. He will be very happy to see you.

Well, I believe that you die. That means that you stop existing as a living being. Pretty simple.
