A moving violation is not issued by your face but rather by your vehicle and license plate. You just admitted guilt here by saying "only half my face is showing". Own up to your mistake and pay the fine. And shame on your so called teacher for saying something so stupid as that.

The license plate should be showing in the pictures...the ticket will be given to the person who this car is registered to, not neccessarily the driver..

WHAT THE OFFICER HAS SAID IS TRUE.
IF THEY CANNOT BE POSITIVE IT IS YOU, THEN THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH WHOM WAS DRIVING THE CAR?
DOUBT ABOUT THAT COULD LEAD TO A WRONGFUL PROSECUTION?
HOWEVER; THE CATCH 22 COMES INTO PLAY HERE. IF THAT IS NOT YOU THEN WHO HAD YOUR CAR AT THE TIME THE TICKET WAS CLICKED?
IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHO HAD YOUR CAR THEN IT MUST HAVE BEEN ?

they are charging the car liscense tag you are then responsible for who you let drive your car, that is a neat little trick and then you don't speed either cause you never know when they will get you, there is way too much survelliance any more all privacy rights are being given away in this country for various reasons and in various ways and the citizens are going along with it a neat little trick isn't it?

*Go back to this ex-cop and ask him how they knew where to send the ticket?
They had your license plate # as well as your mug shot, and it doesn't matter if they had your picture or not,the vehicle was registered to you. Your responsibility.

no thats not the case. if the car is registered to you than YOU have to take care of it. that sucks cause if a friend was driving your car and ran a light you would still be responsible to pay for his ignorance. so, no, at least thats not the law in texas, it goes by who the car is registered to.
