What you should GET is "OUT".....why in the world would you want to get involved in the occult? This is very dangerous, are you not aware of that? I pray you change your mind.

Simple. Go out and get the book "Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner" by Scott Cunningham, then go get "Earth Power" by the same author. These books are inexpensive and will be everything you'll need. (seriously, everything else is just ribbons and bells... Keep It Simple) Get them at Half Price Bookstore and they'll be even cheaper! yay.
Then it's a matter of doing it. Practice. There are secrets, but you'll learn them through practice. The gods will teach you. The answers are already in you.

Pick up the book "Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner" by Scott Cunningham. That will give you the information you need to start practicing the religion. Cunningham isn't the be-all and end-all of Wiccan authors, but he's not a bad place to start.

EDITED TO ADD: I just read over some of your other questions, and you're either a troll or extremely foolish -- probably both.

When I get a new student, I tell them to get the following books: "Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner" by Scott Cunningham, "To Ride A Silver Broomstick" by Silver Ravenwolf, "A Witches Bible Compleat" by Janet and Stewart Farrar, and "The Spiral Dance" by Starhawk. I always tell them, "You will find where your path is somewhere in the intersection of these four styles. No one way is likely to be IT for you."

I also recommend Joseph Campbell's "The Power of Myth", "Monsters" by John Michael Greer, and "Psychic Self-Defence" by Dion Fortune. After that, what you study will be guided by your own interests and whatever particular tradition...or none...you decide to follow.

start with witchvox.com, it will have links to resources. the cunningham book prairie crow mentioned is very good, but don't limit yourself to wicca if you haven't explored other paths. there are many rewarding pagan traditions, and most people i know borrow liberally from whatever strikes a resonance with them. it makes a much more rewarding spiritual experience. especially don't neglect the eastern religions. the tao te ching is fairly short and its text is posted on-line.

this is a very serious step. there are no quick ways to become a witch or to learn to do effective spells. be aware that there is light and dark, and while both are essential, the dark can be very alluring and draw you into a spiral of negativity.

Wait, aren't you the guy who has "been doing wicca for the last year and a half" and claimed to be "the new power in town" in another post, and was looking for "magick that can torture the killer"? If I remember right, you sent me this big rambling message about how you had allllllll this power... and now you're asking what you need because you're "starting to do witchcraft"?

Clearly you aren't doing it right if you don't know what you need to get. I would suggest continue studying...or start to study as your previous posts suggest you're totally making this up. If witchcraft was just about having a good grocery list don't you think more people would be doing it?

For starters, you should get: discipline, patience, willpower, inner strength, knowledge, self-knowledge, and courage.

some Holy Water.

Please don't get in so deep that you can't get yourself out. You might regret what you are getting yourself into.

Grace and peace to you. What you should get is, OUT of it before you get something you did not bargain for. Peace
