I have always belived in Organic foods...the past 3 months we have completely switched to Oragnic all the way! Of course we aren't obsessed and still eat out and at other peoples house that do not use organic food. Anyway I have noticed that my appetite has increased (healthy not abnormal) and I have lost some weight...I went from a size 8 to a 6 now????? Could this be from eating the Organic foods? I feel better after I eat and not weighed down and bloated from the reg. foods. I have not increased additional exercise (i do work out though) and my activities are the same...this is the only thing I have changed in the past 3 months.

I'm guessing you're just eating healthier in general which is why you're losing weight. Great Job!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

There are many weight loss programs out there that have been beneficial for many and there are many that have caused more problems than benefits. So, when you embark on a weight loss program, consult experts and make sure that the program will suit your body. The best part about most weight loss programs is that you will most certainly lose weight if you follow the regimen to the ‘T’. However, the difficult part is maintaining the weight, as people tend to put on weight fast after discontinuing a weight loss program.

organic food is much healthier than regular food you buy at the grocery store but just because it has the "organic" label on it doesnt mean it has less carbs, fat grams, calories, etc than a food that isnt organic. i just think that by getting organic food you have been making healthier food choices in general and by choosing to go organic you are eating food that is just generally more healthy such as organic fruits, veggies, dairy products etc

im not sure if that made any sense but i tried lol

There is mounting scientific evidence that organically grown food has more nutrients than conventionally grown foods so you don't need to eat as many calories to get the nutrition your body craves.
