How about "There Goes Lee Again"?
-----------------------------
In Dead Earnest

If I should die before I wake,
All my bones and sinew take;
Put me in the compost pile,
And decompose me for a while.

Wind, water, rain will have their way,
Returning me to common clay!
All that I am will feed the trees,
and little fishes in the seas.

On radishes and corn you munch--
You might be having me for lunch!
And then excrete me with a grin--
Chortling, "There goes Lee again!!"

- Lee Hays

Born Once, Die Twice.
Born Twice, Die Once.

Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. Earth and sky fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what he had done. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. If anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

What afterlife, exactly, are you examining, how are you going about doing, and what is overall thesis and conclusions? Those are crucial for determining what kind of title you will want.

If it is just the traditional perspectives, something like "Soul's dawn", "Waking up from life", or "Eternal inside" might work.
