Yes, and we even put the "s" at the ends of words we want to make plural.

Yes
Remember, one has to be able to interpret the language, the latter is essential.
Example:
I read an article in reference to a charasmatic church where a the tongue speaker was babbling, the church crowd gathered at the amazement.
Although, a very educated priest interpreted the language in latin to be full of horrible curse words...
However, their have also been many cases where the language was full of love and grace.
The important aspect is to have someone who can interpret the meaning etc...

Tongues are not part of the program that God is operating under today. They had a purpose in times PAST, but today we are told to walk by faith and not by sight.
Signs and wonders were part of the program God had with Israel. They are NOT part of the dispensation of the GRACE of God.
So...to answer your question. NO, as not even christians speak in tongues today. What you see today are "lying signs and wonders"...the Bible tells us so.
The purpose of tongues was so that every person could hear the good news of the gospel in their own language. Tongues are real languages that people understand...not the mindless gibberish that passes for tongues today.

Anyone can speak in a tongue, but it will be demonic if you are not a born-again Christian and filled with the Holy Spirit.

Yes, because Satan is able to replicate everything that God does even giving his followers the ability to speak in other tongues.

They can try, but would not be able to.
"Gibberish" and "speaking in tongue" are not the same thing. Gibberish is meaningless.
