Try ice hot patch and give it a rest for a couple of days so that the muscle can relax.

Well first of all , only a doctor can tell you for sure what you have done and how to treat it but here are a few things you can try for a couple days and if no improvement go to a doctor for sure. Anti inflamitory over the counter pain medications, alternating hot packs for 10 minutes and then cold for 10 minutes, several times a day or an old home remedy for soreness and bruising, take a brown paper bag big enough to cover the sore area, soak it in cider vinegar, wrap it around your thigh, put some plastic wrap around that and secure in place with an ace bandage or what ever you have handy. Leave it on until the paper dries. You can do this several times a day. Vinegar draws soreness out.

How long has it been? What is your sleep pattern? Are you under stress? Put something under them when you sleep, with your face up. And do get some rest. Excess training won;t help you if you don't get enough rest.
