You can pick up the telephone, dial her number and speak with her like a normal person would do...

I am a freshman, not a girl of course, but I get where you are coming from. I am a nerd and for a while I really didn't have any good friends at school during the sixth grade because my best friend moved to another school, we still hanged out all the time, but school was depressing, but anyways I eventually made friends and now I have 5 really good friends at school and we made this geeky group we call the pentagon and we turned it into a club and it has brought us all much closer as friends. At first we were as you refer to them "friends" but not close, but now we are as close as can be. I still hang out with my friend who moved by the way. Ok im getting carried away... so what I was saying is just make a little group with some of your "friends" and I almost gaurentee you will be closer so don't fret. And if all else fails, in time a great friend will come along.

Bad idea, cupcake.
You just asked a question that is pretty much like "How fast is the ideal speed to kill someone if I hit them with a car?"
You have the freedom to do it, yes. But consider that the consequences of doing it are really going to suck.
Before doing any spell, check your divination tool to make sure that the spell needs doing and you're the one supposed to be doing it.
If you and that person are meant to be together, the gods will help make it happen. If not, and you try to force it, everyone involved will be miserable.

You can find such spells all over the internet with a simple search and by the hundreds in New Age sections of bookstores.
But writing one yourself is every bit as effective as any of those, which is not in the least.
Even if such things did work, forcing someone to love you is not love.

Never ever, EVER, cast a love spell on someone. It's the same as psychic rape. Not only that, but the subject of your spell could be driven crazy by it. A couple years down the road, when you're hiding because that person is stalking you, you'll wish you'd never done it.

I'd have to have a little more information to answer that quesiton.
How tall is the prospective spellee?
Does the other state start with a letter that's higher or lower in the alphabet than your state?
Do you have good access to fresh puffin bladders?

No ethical magic-user would do so. Just as magic needs to be reserved for purposes that cannot be accomplished solely by mundane means, actions taken using magic are the ethical equivalent of actions taken by any other means.
So, if you want to obtain the affections of someone else and you think it is OK to demand that they feel love for you, then you must also think it is OK to abduct someone and make them into a "love slave" by physical force or brainwashing techniques.
I certainly do NOT.

3 fold law!!!!
You should not do that, I don't advise it at all. If you do, then you will be putting up a question later that states "Why isn't my long distance relationship with a person whom I a spell on working?"
What an idiot.

Why? Why would you want to f*ck with someone else's free will like that, and manipulate them like that?
Love spells are the epitome of selfishness. That says "I don't give a damn what THEY want, all that matters is what *I* want. And I want them to love me. I don't care if they don't WANT to love me."
It's the magical equivalent of slipping them a roofie and raping them.
If that's what you'd do to someone you claimed to care about, I'd hate to see what you'd do to someone you DIDN'T like.
