and no its not my dog its a friends and i wasnt sure if they had problems peeing

As the dog gets more sick and dehydrated,it would urinate less as it's body tries to retain fluids.

Parvo can be deadly - especially for puppies and older dogs.

If you suspect your dog has it - call your vet first thing in the morning.

it can effect the dogs urination because it will effect their willingness to drink on their own.
