I would make a spanish rice with chopped hot dogs in it,spread the mix on tortillas and roll them up. pour tomatoesauce on top and cheese and bake in an oven for 20 minutes @400 degrees. I would call the Ghetto Enchilladas.Serve with Ceasars salad

Cut your hot dogs into chunks and make rice with tomato sauce, spices, and green chili's. Saute hot dogs until crunchy on the outside and then toss with the rice. Heat up some tortillas and fill with rice mixture. Top with cheese and serve burrito style. Serve with lettuce and tomato garnish.

First, relax.........here's a simple one:

1) pour a glass of wine or a cocktail of your choice.........

2) DON;T STRESS!!!

3) Bring a saucepan with just under 2 cups of water to a boil, add one 15 oz can of stewed tomatoes or tomato sauce, add any spice that you like to your spiciness level....add the dogs (each cut into 4-5 sections).........once that mixture has come to a boil, add just over 2 cups of rice.........bring back to a boil and stir NO MORE THAN 8 TIMES!!! Turn the hear down to the lowest possible and cover.........let sit at the lowest possible heat for about 20 minutes.......turn off heat and allow to stand another 10 minutes DO NOT STIR THE CONTENTS OF THE POT AT ALL, LET IT SIT!!!!! When ready to serve, "fork" the rice with a fork, "fluffing it"......makes great leftovers......Yes I'm Cordon Bleu trained, but can come up with some "down home" feel good meals, too!!!

I would cook up the rice, throw in the tomatoes and make it spicy like planned, then cook up the hot dogs and heat up the torillas, and use those instead of hot dog rolls. OR cut the hot dogs up small, scamble the eggs, throw the hot dogs in the eggs and wrap in Tortilla.

Make fried rice with the eggs and hot dogs. And make chips and salsa with the tomatoes and tomatoe sauce,... slice up the tortillas and fry them for some tasty whole maid chips.

I would boil the eggs and put them on my salad, save the rice tortillas and tomato sauce for another day and throw away the hot dogs...lol

cut up the hot dogs and fry them up a little, add the scrambled eggs and the tomatoes to them and cook all together. Make your rice separate.
