Here is one verse that he used.
(John 7:24) Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

I understand what he is saying. It has been my experience that people that will quote "Judge not, lest ye be judged" don't grasp the concept of that passage. They don't like to be judged, because, in their heart they know their life is wrong. Jesus spoke about hypocritical judging, in essence, if you do it, don't chastise others for doing it, but if you don't do it, and you know it is a destructive lifestyle, you must warn others. But, you must warn them the same way Jesus warned them. Rarely did Jesus say, "You're going to hell" to a sinner.
Those that want to change their lives will, those that don't. . . won't. Once a skeptic has his mind made up, personal pride will not permit him to change his position, no matter how many facts to the contrary might confront him.

I agree with that. people living in sin dont like to be told they are of they need to change that- which we know only God can do the changin'. I feel like the Holy Spirit leads us to talk to people here- especially the ones that dont want to hear it- and feel that God's choice of approach (tough love) since they've rejected Him repeatedly is like a possible last chance for some- and only God knows that. I just know we need (the unsaved) to seek Him while He may be found- because a day is coming when it will be TOO LATE.

I do not care to go to far into that site... but the first couple of points are quite clear... the thing is that too many people take the judging thing too far... in both sides of the argument...
God is quite clear in His Word as to what sin is and the cousequences of sin... It is a simple thing to state that any one not following what God says is not obeying God... however... it is not sin that will keep any one out of heaven... those who come to God in The Way He prescribes will enter Heaven... those who do not, will not... just that simple... for those of The True Christian Faith it is a commandment from God to give The Good news of The Salvation Message... and it is, in most cases, easy to know who has heard and has refused The Good News. Those individuals will not enter Heaven... it is not strictly "judging' to state this... it is a simple fact... this can be based on observation of the words and actions of those who refuse to accept what God offers... God makes The Rules... His people attempt to follow them as best we can... We, as His people may not impose His Word and Will upon others... we can share The Good News. And worn those not obeying God of the consequences... that is not "judging"........... The Word and Will of God, God's Law, is only binding, on this Earth, upon His People(The Church). those not of The Church are free to get away with any thing they can under the law of man.... but... all will ultimatly answer to God for their actions on this Earth... and will suffer the consequences under God's Law at The Judgement.

Matt. 7:1
Judge not, that ye be not judged
Luke 6:37
.Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:
John 7:24
Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.
I Cor. 4:5
Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
Rom. 2:1-3
1 Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.
2 But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.
3 And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?
