I saw the song to yet it was released in 2002, so thats not it as I used to do this when I was a kid which was like early 80's
It's driving me nuts.

I learned that when I was little. I must have gotten it from an older girl. It's one of those things you just said, like "down will come baby, cradle and all." You KNOW it's violent but it's just a rhyme.

Besides, it helped get rid of some of those pesky dandelions.

I'm not sure where it came from.
But I remember that during soccer
practice, when I was little, I would
do that to all the dandelions =]

It came from my evil babysitter, I moved when I was 8, so it was before 1977. Wow, time warp.
