Shes from Japan, and lacks a belief in a personal God. Should I tell her that since she does not belief in the Western Christian religion and has not asked Jesus Christ to be her personal savior - her and all of her family and friends are going to hell?

Geez its great to be an American!

Hey - Have you ever heard of that " there are many paths to the top of the mountain - the point is in NOT how you get to it, but that you REACH it." the point being - God has shown himself in many different ways to many different people. However they choose to acknowledge that is up to their belief's. A buddist has been enlightened by the Budda. A Christian by Jesus, a Muslim by Muhammad, etc. It's not who you belive in, but by what you come to achieve as a human spirt - how your live your life to help others and be a better person - leave this world a better place, even a small matter. If you have children, then you must be acceptable of your wife's belifes and teach your children both - let them make their own minds up - but most important remember the Golden Rule - that is inherent to all cultures for that is how all want to be treated.
Jenny - geez it's great to be an American where we are free to think about God and have the freedom to explore. Thank a Vet for that.

It's not an American issue.

The only way to be saved and go to heaven and not eternal hell is by believing that Jesus, who is God, died for our sins on the cross and rose again.

There are Gospel preachers in Japan. If some people there don't believe it, well Jesus said the way to heaven is narrow and few find it. There's people here that don't believe either.

No, because if that were true, then every other being in the universe that hadn't heard the "message" would be writhing in a christian hell.

Think about it. The native americans have existed long before christianity. The Aztecs and Mayans existed before christianity. THe Incans had a nice empire going before the advent of christianity. The entire continent of Asia hadn't heard of christ until looong after the fact.

Whatever you tell her, don't tell her she's going to hell because that isn't true.

thrilling query, on the grounds which you declare you're christian and just about say oh, i'm so happy i could be stored and Oh, seem at them they are unlikely to be stored! yet, i think that each and every unmarried guy or woman who became into on earth has a raffle to check the fact. in the event that they have not had the possibility to check approximately Jesus Christ and God right here on earth, then whilst they have died the spirits of human beings would be waiting to coach them. There, they have the determination to settle for the fact or no longer. in spite of what an excellent form of folk think of, we heavily isn't judged till after the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ, it somewhat is as quickly as we are separated between heaven, hell, and the spot in between. And merely on the grounds which you declare which you're christian does no longer advise which you quite are. shame on you for asserting human beings have been chosen by ability of God. no one became into chosen, a number of u.s. merely happens to think of we are extra advantageous than another united states.

Jesus Christ is the only way. The Bible states that everyone will have had the opportunity to turn their lives over to God before his return.
So, if they don't turn from worshiping other Gods then they will go to hell.

Buddhist theology does not exclude Jesus. The teachings of Sidhartha are perfectly compatible with Christianity. If one lives his life in accordance with the Buddha, one is also fulfilling the commands of Christ. That is all Jesus ever really asked of us.

I'm not sure why you think this an American issue???

Be a witness to her!!! Share w/ her the plan of salvation.See Acts 2:38-9.Repentance, baptism in Jesus' name(specifically), and receiving the Holy Ghost evidenced by speaking in other tongues as the spirit of God gives the utterance. Then you/she can share this w/ her family in Japan. Jeez, have a heart!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tell her my wife will be there joining her, and me for that matter.
Oh and China, Thailand, Nepal, Tibet, Korea, India,
the list goes on and on.
I think that the whole notion that Christians get taken off to a side room and kept out of my way for all eternity is a fair deal, for me that is.

Your premise lacks the mercy and justice of Heavenly Father. All those who die without a knowledge of the Gospel who would have accepted it, will be saved in the Celestial Kingdom.

Mormonism is a western religion. Christ was from the middle east. So Christianity is a middle eastern religion.
