Do you see any danger in this?

Lion of Judah -- Good God!!!! The old communism shtick. Get off the pot. (does he ask - which pot? or what pot?)

If there were universal health care why would you not get to choose your own Dr. What dribble have you been reading? Second opinion? Which universal health care allows no second opinion?

Don't tell me who I'll vote for. You have no clue. Hillary is too much of a hawk.

Preech(?) all you want. There are a lot of people who should have no guns.

Well I am one of those "terrible evangelical Christians" ...that the left loves to hate...and I am on the fence about him....because there is so much I don't know. For example...why was he a Pastor, and now in politics? What kind of pastor was he....you see to a Christian, a Pastor is usually called by God into the ministry...so why did he leave it? He seems like a regular guy, which is what appeals to people. I haven't seen his wife, or family and am curious about why not.

I also want someone who address some very serious problems we have....is he for open borders? Does he want to abandon our sovereignty to the global interests? I do not want to lose America. What will he do to stop it.?

At first I couldn't understand people looking at Ron Paul...but he is looking better all the time...and if you really listen to his opinions he is about saving our country. Whether he could win is another story.

He seems like a decent guy in many ways, but I am concerned that he may be too narrow minded. That he may be incapable of appreciating different beliefs and points of view.

Then again, I'm not too keen on any of the others. And several of them for the same reason.

Feel the same way about most (though not all) of the folks who have run for the office in the last couple of decades.

I don't know. I just wish they had not given him all the soft ball questions in the early debates. Even he commented about how he only got the morality questions. Now that he has publicly criticized the administration's war policy, we can have a discussion.

I am curious on why the Democrats are not taking shots at him. What will be their strategy later? Will he give us buyer's remorse?

I will say he is no longer any one else's favorite for VP.

It doesn't matter who I want as president. Popular vote doesn't choose the president anyway. The Electoral College does. All the average guy gets to do, really, is try to deal with the fall out of the election. :)

I do not want him as president.

I think Ron Paul is the best choice right now, but really, I think most politicians are corrupt and Mr. Bush has the United States of America in a really tough position, so whomever follows his administration, is going to have their work cut out for them.

Count me out! I see great peril in the election of a fundamentalist Christian who intends to govern through the Christian Bible and hope sincerely that there are a sufficiently large number of Americans who feel as I do and will ensure that Huckabee fails to be elected. The Constitution requires protection from such a potential President. He could prove to be a worse choice that the appointed President we have had to tolerate for these past seven years!

I suppose you want Hillary or Obama huh ?
Figures, well there goes my right of free speech, (To preech from the book of Leviticus and Romans) my right to bear arms Going to a socialized medical system, removing my right to a second opinion and choosing my own Doctor, larger and useless government programs designed to have more control over peoples lives, higher taxes, Yes..I see it..it's called Communism, or well on it's way to it.

i wouldnt mind having him for president ...He answers his accusors with intelligence he seem to be a firm man and I belive he has a standard of principles that America needs now....But hey Romney is not bad either ..the only danger I see is he doesnt back down when pushed against the wall and thats not what we have in office now and I dont think thats what the american people want.

Aside from the obvious lack of any qualifications for the position, I would never vote for someone named Huckabee. Or something else retarded sounding like Humperdink or Beaver or Bush.

I mean, why don't we just get Jethro in here and call it a day? Aw heck, Jeb's not busy!
