It is not up to us to chose/say who goes to hell, God judges what is in their heart.

Read this true story and then you tell me. Some missionaries were in an area that was dense bush country and there was a tribe that could not previously be reached because of the surroundings. In other words, they were hemmed in where no man could reach them. The missionaries determined that they would work and do whatever they had to to reach the tribe with the gospel so they hacked away at the foilage surrounding the village for a long time and finally broke through. When they began to tell the tribe about Jesus, the leader of the tribe stopped them and said; "Jesus came to visit us here and everyone in the tribe is a Christian now and we serve only the Lord." Perhaps there is more to Jesus than what many people think! What do you think? Remember; this is a true story from missionary work.

A couple of thoughtful paragraphs from the Catechism of the Catholic Church:
843 The Catholic Church recognizes in other religions that search, among shadows and images, for the God who is unknown yet near since he gives life and breath and all things and wants all men to be saved. Thus, the Church considers all goodness and truth found in these religions as "a preparation for the Gospel and given by him who enlightens all men that they may at length have life."
844 In their religious behavior, however, men also display the limits and errors that disfigure the image of God in them: "Very often, deceived by the Evil One, men have become vain in their reasonings, and have exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and served the creature rather than the Creator. Or else, living and dying in this world without God, they are exposed to ultimate despair."
Now to your question: First, living in poverty in a third-world country does not mean you have never heard about Jesus. In the Western Hemisphere, some of the poorest countries (Haiti, for example) have heard the Gospel, and many people love God.
There are certainly places, however, where Christianity remains a footnote. Still, their local religions have a part of the truth, and God will judge them according to the truth they've received.
As Romans 1 explains, all of us know something about God from being born into his creation, with at least a rudimentary conscience. Those who respond in love to their Creator anticipate Christ and demonstrate faith in him.
Cheers,
Bruce

God has a plan for all those who never get the chance. But there are a lot of missionaries in those third world countries who are doing a great job of spreading the Good News about Jesus and the Kingdom of God. I wouldn't worry about them so much, unless you want to support a missionary, or a child, or at least join a prayer group that is supporting them with prayer and money. You might even want to think about yourself, are you a Spiritual believer in Jesus and the Kingdom of God ? If not, you have much more to worry about than you realize.
God be with you,
William, a bond-servant of Jesus

God is a just God, He would consider that. But it is impossiable for anyone anywhere in the world today, to not have heard about God and Jesus. With all the outreach organizations there are. Such as Billy Graham, Kennith Copeland, and many many more.

No, it says in the book of Romans that sin can not be taken into account when there is no law.
If these people have never heard or they were presented a gospel different from the form that it was supposed to be presented in, They can not be held accountable.

we don't know really what or who they believed before they died. John the Baptist spoke of Jesus in the Old Testament which means they knew of God and the one coming after John whose sandles he felt unworthy to untie, which is Jesus. Our job today is to learn of Jesus, accept Jesus, and teach Jesus to others. I promise you, if we let God worry about who's in hell and who's going to hell, we'll be much better off. Jesus promised to come back to get those of us who accept Him in our lives. Our focus should be to make sure we're ready when Jesus comes back.

Your attitude clearly shows you have no idea what your talking about. keep up with the attitude and you yourself may discover personally just who it is that resides in hell. Let God be Judge and you worry about working on your distorted view of who does and who doesnt go to hell.
Edit: oops sorry thought you were saying third worlds go to hell...

Rev 5:9 And they sing a new song, saying, Worthy are You to receive the scroll, and to open its seals, because You were slain, and by Your blood purchased us to God out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,
God's people, those He chose out for salvation will come from every tribe, tongue and nation. National borders mean nothing to God. All that are His will be saved.

In MY holy book that I wrote just yesterday, it says that anyone who joins an organized religion will go through whatever punishments that religion has for people for all of eternity, regardless of whether they did good deeds, or whatever that religion told them to do.
